Buggy Fitness

Join us for some fun in the great outdoors! Buggy Fitness is a great way to meet other new mums whilst enjoying a tailored workout designed for postnatal mums and buggies.

This class consists of power walking, hill pushing, short jogs for our more recovered mums and resistance exercises using body weight or bands. Mini circuits are performed en route so there's also plenty of time to chat and workout too!

Benefits also include weight loss, toning up, lifting your mood and a huge dose of energy and endorphins that exercising in the great outdoors brings.



Selected exercises will work on strengthening the areas weakened through pregnancy including the deeper core muscles as well as toning the whole body to help you perform your mummy tasks easier. 

This class is not a bootcamp class and is designed with the postnatal body in mind to gradually strengthen and build fitness safely although will be adapted for different needs. Although high impact exercise may be offered to our more recovered mums, low impact is ALWAYS catered for and encouraged for our newer mums.

Any fully working pram or buggy is suitable. We never run with the buggies due to safely.

This class will build upon the the strength gained at Mummy & Baby Pilates (the recommended first step back to fitness) but is not a prerequisite. We are out in all weather (except storms and ice) so please layer up and bring your pram rain covers.


We often finish with a cuppa at the cafe making this the most sociable class on the timetable.

Suitable following your 6 week post birth check up or 10 weeks post C-section.


Bookings are in 6 week blocks, however if places are available PAYG spaces may be offered. Please contact me to enquire.
