Those with babies are very welcome to bring them along to watch from their 'baby zone'. Mama circuits is more suited to non crawlers or crawlers who can be strapped into a buggy or similar for safety reasons.
If postnatal this class is suitable from 8 weeks post birth or 12 weeks post C-section. However many newer mums prefer to begin with Pilates.
We use dumbbells, kettle bells, steps, gliders, weighted balls and bags, resistance bands and body weight too for a full body workout to great tunes. Guaranteed to get a sweat on!
