Mummy Intensity Interval Training
This class is a high energy but low impact class ideal for mums wanting to increase the intensity of their workouts. Get ready to sweat, tone and burn excess fat in this circuit style class with babies very welcome to watch from their 'baby zone'.
Suitable from 8 weeks (post check up) or 12 weeks post C-section. However many newer mums prefer to begin with Pilates. MIIT is more suited to non crawlers or crawlers who can be strapped into a jumperoo or similar for safety reasons.
We use dumbells, kettle bells, weighted balls and bags, resistance bands and body weight too for a full body workout to great tunes. Guaranteed to get a sweat on!
