- ~ Exercises using small pieces of equipment such as a resistance bands, light dumbbells & a small ball

- Ideal offering for the time poor who want the convenience of a home workout on demand. Suited best for those with some Pilates experience already with no post birth issues.
- 'Pilates for New Mums' is designed especially for our newest mums from 6 weeks post birth to 6 months + to feel stronger in 8 weeks.
This course is accessed online at your own pace over an 8 week period. Benefits of this class include:
~ A great variety of Pilates exercises and more to help you feel stronger from the inside out.
~ A focus on how your breath is an integral part of you core and how best to use the breath & pelvic floor to feel more connected to your core muscles.
~ Reduced tension in your shoulders, hips and back

~MOVE is our low impact interval style class that is guaranteed to get you feeling stronger and with more energy for the week ahead! What to expect:
~ Weekly live class via Zoom every MONDAY @10am
~ Recorded access for 7 day to catch up or repeat
~ Use of dumbbells (working from 1kg or tins of beans to 3kg), long resistance bands, small resistance loops & body weight
~ 45 minute class including a warm up, workout & cool down stretch
~ Variety of styles and progression of time: recovery or weight
~ Expect to SWEAT!! :-)
JUST £24 PER 6 WEEK TERM
Best suited to those who prefer or need a low impact workout e.g postnatal from around 12 weeks and well beyond up to menopause looking to improve bone health!
