Our ONLINE Pregnancy classes combine the best of Pilates and Advanced Pregnancy Core Fitness techniques to bring you a fabulous mix of releases, strengthening exercises and birth preparation.

This lovely dynamic class helps to prepare the body physically for a physiological birth and encourage a quicker recovery post-birth. We use breathing techniques for optimal core function, strengthening, stretching & releasing to address postural changes to keep you comfortable, strong, moving well and relaxed throughout the trimesters.

We are very much a community of expectant mums providing you with a safe space for sharing your journey to motherhood with others.


What to expect:

  • 1 x weekly online class using Zoom (download the FREE app)
  • 1 x weekly complimentary 30 min stretch, breathe & relaxation session
  • Educational & well-being information
  • Referral to support services where necessary
  • Your closed community FB group for support & freindship


Suitable from 12 weeks gestation to 38 weeks! Classes are booked in blocks and you are welcome to join us at any time.
